The Cross-Sell Program is designed to help stimulate certain cross sell product license and subscription sales in eligible accounts where cross sell product licenses (including subscription licenses) have not previously been sold. By creating a specialist / generalist model, the Incumbent Partner (i.e. the ERP Channel Partner that “owns” the customer account in the Infor system) can focus more on core product license sales while engaging a specialist to help expand the Infor footprint within their existing accounts. By engaging with a Cross Sell Specialist (as designated by Infor), the Incumbent Partner can still earn significant compensation without making a substantial cross sell product enablement investment.
